Transformers 2 Movie Review

I know, I'm late watching this movie but I can say that it was GREAT. I love action packed, humorous and suspenseful movies. This has all three including Shia Labeouf whom I have watched since he starred in the Disney Sitcom Even Stevens. I remember saying that he would be a great actor because as stupid as he was in Even Stevens, he made me laugh.
I also loved the first Transformers movie and it was more kid friendly then the second. Transformer's 2 has more sexual innuendo then the first, so I would recommend watching it before you decide to let your kids watch it.
The mother and father in this movie were fantastically funny and it made the movie just that much better. Though Shia Labeouf can steal the spotlight of any movie he plays in, I would have to say that the short comical clips they threw in of the parents were a masterpiece in itself. This defiantly is a movie I will be buying on DVD and recommending to friends and family..

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince Review

Having read all the Harry Potter books and finding something wrong with all the other movies, I must say I really liked this movie. I can always tell a good movie when I take my kids, if they sit through the whole thing without having to use the bathroom then it has kept their attention.. It felt like it took 5 movies to get this one right and even though it was not exactly like the book, they took a new comical approach that made it a great movie. This movie was 2 hours and 45 minutes which has been the longest Harry Potter movie so far and I myself sat through it without walking out and I would recommend it to anyone who is a Harry Potter fan. I will also be buying this on DVD and look forward to the next movie, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. This next movie will sum up the ending of this movie and I heard it is two movies long. Should be interesting to see how they fit it all in.

The Night of the Museum 2 Review

Being a huge fan of the first movie, I was so excited when I saw that they had made a second movie. I was sure it was going to be as good as the first and I was so disappointed when it wasn't. Don't get me wrong it was a good movie, it just wasn't as good as the first. Most sequels are not as good as the first but I was certain with the cast in this movie they couldn't make it anything but superb. There were some funny parts in it and the moral of the story was cute but I could have waited to see this when it came out on DVD. I liked the new characters they put in, like the balloon dog, Einstein, and Abraham Lincoln. The cherubs were so cute singing the Jonas Brothers songs. My eldest daughter who is a Jonas Brother Junkie, says that was the best part of the movie. If your looking for a good family film, you cant go wrong with this movie but if your looking for it to be as good as the first, I would wait and get it on DVD.
